Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes (“Zen Zen Giveaway #3”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Zen Zen LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Zen Zen LLC as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on October 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on November 7, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. Prize

The Grand Prize consists of:

• Two (2) $1,500 flight vouchers (valid only for round-trip flights originating from the United States and landing in Japan)
  
  

• One (1) $1,000 lodging voucher (valid only for lodging expenses in Japan)
  
  

• One (1) $1,000 cash award/check
  
  

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

• Actual value may vary based on booking dates, availability, and location.
  
  

• Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate value.
  
  

• Travel must be booked within three (3) months of notification and completed within twelve (12) months thereafter.
  
  

Note: The Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that the prize award ceremony may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any such video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and may be used in any media at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No substitution or transfer of the Prize will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

a. Via Online Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at www.zenzen.cc (the “Website”) will automatically receive one (1) entry for every whole dollar ($1.00) spent.

• Entries are based on the pre-tax amount, excluding shipping/handling and less any discounts applied.
  
  

• Sponsor may designate specific products to receive different entry multipliers ranging from two (2x) to ten (10x) for every whole dollar spent. (For example, one product may offer 2x entries while another offers 4x or 10x.)
  
  

• Sponsor may also announce Bonus Entry Periods, during which purchases will automatically receive 2x to 10x entries (exact number determined by Sponsor and announced on the Website and/or social-media pages).
  
  

• If a product with a multiplier is purchased during a Bonus Entry Period, multipliers will combine (e.g., a 2x product purchased during a 10x bonus period = 20x entries).
  
  

Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Purchasing items for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return them after the Sweepstakes ends is considered fraudulent. Entrants engaged in such activity will be disqualified and may be banned from future sweepstakes.

b. Via Mail

Entrants may obtain entries without purchase by mailing a hand-printed 3” × 5” card with the following:

• Full name
  
  

• Complete mailing address
  
  

• Phone number
  
  

• Date of birth
  
  

• Email address
  
  

• A brief description (at least 25 words) of what winning the Grand Prize would mean to you
  
  

Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to:

• Mail-in entries must be received by November 7, 2025.
  
  

• Each mail-in entry = fifteen (15) entries.
  
  

• If postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, entries will equal 30–90 entries depending on the level posted by Sponsor.
  
  

• To qualify for bonus entries, Entrant must write the Bonus Entry Period (e.g., “2X” or “10X”) on the back of the envelope. If the Bonus Period written does not match the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.
  
  

Notes:

• Mail-in entries must be hand-printed by the Entrant only.
  
  

• Third-party assistance is not allowed.
  
  

• Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments will not be accepted.
  
  

6. General Entry Conditions

• The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries.
  
  

• All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  
  

• Personal information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
  
  

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued during or after the Sweepstakes Period.
  
  

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected via secured random drawing under the supervision of Zen Zen LLC.
  
  

• Winner will be notified by email and telephone within five (5) days of selection.
  
  

• If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
  
  

• Receipt of prize is subject to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  
  

9. Additional Prize Conditions

• Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity within five (5) days of notification.
  
  

• Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for tax purposes.
  
  

• Value of prize is taxable; an IRS Form 1099 will be filed.
  
  

• Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  
  

10. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, Entrants grant Zen Zen LLC and its affiliates the right to use their entry, name, likeness, statements, and related content in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including technical failures, fraud, or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

12. Disputes

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Entrants agree that:

• Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action.
  
  

• Venue will be in a court within Colorado.
  
  

• Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses.
  
  

• No punitive, consequential, or incidental damages will be awarded.
  
  

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Zen Zen LLC and its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance, including but not limited to:

• Technical failures
  
  

• Service unavailability
  
  

• Unauthorized intervention
  
  

• Human or electronic error
  
  

14. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or these Official Rules, mail a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received by January 7, 2026.
